The Recruitment process

Our Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1: The Initial Introduction call

Let us introduce ourselves, the company and the available position. We’ll want to hear about your career path, what you’re looking for, and what's important to you. This information will form our initial evaluation of your personal and interpersonal qualities.

Step 2: The Technical Assignment

Based on standard tasks in our real-life projects, we’ll give you a Trello board with all the necessary explanations. It’s then up to you to choose an option from one implementation task and one research task. There’s no time limit to complete the assignment—it’s not a test—but a mutual test drive before we jump into the deep waters of the real work. Don’t forget to communicate with us throughout the assignment via the dedicated Slack channel.

Step 3: The Technical Interview

Our hiring manager will evaluate your technical experience, expertise, and professional maturity in order to determine whether our core values would align.
